Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a professional and courteous manner
Leverage probing question skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company
Utilize active listening skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a driven personality that is focused on solving problems and meeting goals. You will also have:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Experience in customer service and sales
High school diploma or equivalent
A proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing customer relationships

To work from home, you will need:
A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
Excellent internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better)
A hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
