Join our team to make a meaningful impact within the dynamic field of aviation. Role Description This role is flexible and will be filled as full-time, part-time, contract, or project based. This is a remote position, with the potential for on-site client support in the role of Aviation Consultant. Responsibilities include providing consulting and professional services to airport sponsors, clients, and public agencies. The consultant will oversee special projects as outlined in project scope. Qualifications • Expertise in airport management, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and practices • Proficiency in aviation-related federal aviation regulations and compliance • Strong customer service skills to build relationships and address client needs • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail • Effective communication and technical writing skills • Project management and program management expertise • Willing to travel to support on-site client support (project dependent) Preferences • 5-10 years of related aviation industry experience • Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business, Public Administration or realted field • Former Federal Aviation Administration experience • Former airport authority experience Practice Areas • Airport planning, design, Airport Master Plans, and Capital Improvement Programs • Environmental compliance, NEPA, airport studies, permitting, and federal compliance • Professional engineering and technical expertise to facilitate airport development projects • Airport construction project management and technical support • Previous FAA employment or knowledge of grant assurances • DBE / ACDBE compliance and contract requirements • Data analytics, financial reporting, and database management • FAA NextGen initiatives, artificial intelligence, and future aviation technologies Application • Please submit your resume via email or LinkedIn. • POC: Emma Carpenter, [email protected]
