**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling high-volume calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of their medications
* Providing excellent customer service with empathy, while resolving patients' questions on the first call
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
* COVID-19 vaccination requirement (with approved reasonable accommodation)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
**Training Schedule:**
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)
* Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (overnight shift schedule)
**Pay Range:**
* Minimum: $17.02
* Maximum: $27.16
* Actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location
