Automotive Marquee Account Technical Lead

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at marquee automotive accounts.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for marquee accounts, providing expert knowledge and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for marquee account growth and success.
Proactively identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and inform business strategies.
Lead technical discussions and presentations with marquee account customers to articulate the value and capabilities of 3M’s products and solutions.
Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities within existing marquee accounts and develop plans to capture them.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and evaluations to showcase 3M’s technology and its impact on marquee account operations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on 3M’s automotive products and technologies, providing technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics for marquee accounts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to the automotive market, and incorporate them into marquee account strategies.
Mentor and train junior team members on technical aspects and best practices for managing marquee accounts.
Represent 3M at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential marquee account customers and showcase our company’s capabilities.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing 3M in a professional and positive manner.
