What You’ll Do
As a Regional Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our dismantled parts division in your region. You’ll build strong customer relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow sales. This is a consultative sales role where your ability to listen, solve problems, and deliver solutions will help you and our company succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with auto repair shops, body shops, dealerships, and aftermarket distributors.
Promote and sell dismantled automotive parts while educating customers on cost-saving benefits.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned region.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Provide excellent service and act as a trusted advisor for your clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales (automotive industry experience preferred, but not required).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Basic computer skills for CRM updates, reporting, and client communication.
