Senior Legal Lead

We’re looking for a Senior Legal Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting the Director of Legal with various daily tasks, such as supporting the legal aspects of the development of the company's offering, supporting the contract redlining process for incoming clients, and following up on ongoing contracts and negotiations. This is a fully remote opportunity.What you’ll do Draft, review, and negotiate contractsSupport leadership with new initiatives, including product development and intellectual property mattersProvide support in the intake-to-procure processes for Graphite’s vendors, including onboardingIdentification of legal issues and risks that may affect GraphiteFollow up on regulatory matters under different frameworksWork along with an international team of lawyers to establish contract templates and workstreamsNDA analysis and tracking Contracts managementWhat you’ll needLaw Degree5+ years of experience in similar roles in-house or in a Law firmStrong knowledge of Commercial Law. Knowledge of Corporate, Labour, or IP Law is highly desirableProven experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts, with a pragmatic and commercial approach, in EnglishStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProactive, highly organized, and with a sense of urgencyLLM would be a big plusHow we’ll helpGraphite’s mission is to create an environment where you build the best work of your career.
