AutoCad Combine Interior Floor Plan with Exterior Plan

I am an owner-builder of a residential Barndominium in Central Virginia on slab-on-grade foundation using cold formed steel construction for exterior shell and traditional wood stud framing for interior floor plan. My exterior plan is engineered stamped in AutoCad (dwg) format. My interior plan comes from Punch's Home Design 21 software (dwg file available), which is more basic than AutoCad. My objective is to combine/incorporate the interior floor into the exterior plan so that I have blueprint / construction quality drawings for the interior framing & walls that are dimensionally accurate and easy to read by subcontractors (no stamp necessary). In particular, the plans must show EXACT placement of all plumbing drains & stacks that interact with the slab or footing walls, so that a plumbing contractor can do his slab rough-ins with precise accuracy. Failure to design plumbing with accuracy will result in imbalanced sink, shower & toilet locations or pipes that protrude outside their wall cavities. In addition, I need the floor plan to show location of planned bulkheads for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. Accurate (versus approximate) placement of doors & windows is also critical to give proper guidance to framers. Note: some interior walls with be standard 4" wide, others 6" due to need for better noise control between rooms.

Attached are screenshot examples of the ext and int plans I will send you, along with approximate placement of MEP. I believe a combination of architectural design skills coupled with practical knowledge of how MEP integrates into framing is needed, as well as attention to detail and flexibility to work through solutions together.

Project consists of one Main Building (46' x 72' x 19'), including CFS mezzanine supporting entire 2nd floor, along with a detached farm building 35' x 46' x 13'.

I'd like to get this completed within 3 weeks from commencement of job.
