KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Learn the fundamentals of claims handling through our structured, hands-on training program. • Investigate and evaluate auto claims, including liability and property damage. • Communicate with customers with empathy, professionalism, and clarity as you guide them through the claims process. • Collaborate closely with internal claims teams, external vendors, and legal partners to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. • Maintain detailed documentation and stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
