ATL - MGIJ - Remote Dispatcher Trucking Operations (Evening Shift)

Location: Remote Schedule: Evening shift (8 hours) Compensation: Daily pay rate Company: Trucking carrier hauling freight exclusively for Amazon About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support our trucking operations. In this role, you will ensure drivers report for their scheduled shifts, assist them throughout their tours, and help resolve any issues that arise. Youll be the primary point of contact for our drivers and play a crucial part in keeping routes running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and confirm that all assigned drivers show up for their scheduled shifts • Handle incoming calls from drivers and provide real-time support • Help troubleshoot on-road issues and escalate when necessary • Maintain communication with management regarding shift status and operational concerns • Use company systems and communication tools to track and document activities Requirements • Strong computer skills; ability to learn new systems quickly • Must have your own computer and reliable internet for efficient remote work • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently • Ability to work evening hours consistently Preferred Qualifications • CDL-A license (not required but a plus) • Prior dispatching or trucking/logistics experience Why Join Us?
