Description: • Go to various portals or Payer portals • Pull information on denied claims • List on excel file or google sheet to accumulate data – filter by v look up or pivot table • Work with revenue cycle specialist who manages that account to determine what is missing and how to communicate that to the payer to be re-processed by the payer • Determine WHY it was denied – copays, deductibles, wrong service, wrong codes – split unpaid amounts into various buckets based on the cause of the denial • Goal is to knock out denials in bulk with payers/customers Qualifications: -min 6 months years experience in denials management -know how to use payer portals to pull denial reports and resubmit information • Excel & googlesheets – know formulas, sort, filter • PULLS the denial, figures out why and then resubmits Experience Level: Entry Level About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
