Responsibilities:
Assist in performing audit of client financial statements under supervision of senior personnel on teamAssist in completing audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findingsResearch and develop knowledge of current audit legislation to ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulationsCollect, assimilate, and analyze client data and use standard processes and tools to complete assigned project workAssist in identifying technical issues in various projects and share suggestions with senior personnel to mitigate the sameRecommend on ways to streamline operations and increase client satisfactionStay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to auditing and financial reportingParticipate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCertified Public Accountant is preferred but not necessaryAt least 2 years experience in local AuditExhibit high attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilitiesDemonstrate excellent written and verbal English communications skillsStrong proficiency in the use of technology and basic PC applications (Excel, Word)WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps• Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace• Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
