As a Remote Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing data, and maintaining high accuracy standards. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for capturing and validating complex data, image classification and indexing, pre-adjudicating documents, and correcting data as required. You will utilize various systems to work on assigned tasks, complete assignments using multiple source documents, and maintain high accuracy rates while meeting productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Captures and validates complex data with high accuracy Image classification and indexing of healthcare claim forms Pre-adjudicates documents and corrects data as required Verifies data from automated data extraction tools Utilizes various systems to work on assigned tasks, including MS Office and internet research Completes assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to complete tasks Works within established procedures and practices, maintaining high productivity and accuracy standards Collaborates with team members and works under close supervision to ensure seamless claims processing Requirements To be successful in this role at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements: Must be able to type at least 45+ words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy and 10-key by touch proficiency Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy rates Maintain or exceed 4,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) for numeric and 2,500 KSPH alpha/numeric with less than 1% error rate Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred Experience working through VPN connection Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must be eligible to work in the United States Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to meeting the requirements, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy standards Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and internet research Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and procedures Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
