If you’re passionate about technology and want to make an impact in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and incentive plansProvident Fund and comprehensive medical insuranceEmployee wellness programs and engagement activitiesFlexible work arrangements and modern office facilitiesWhat You’ll Be DoingProvide technical design for software applicationsCreate or update software documentation to reflect current architectureParticipate in code reviews as neededUpdate existing applications based on user story changes and enhancementsPerform unit testing, validation, and documentation for new and updated applications using appropriate protocols and techniquesOffer technical support and guidance to internal and external users by:Answering questions on application design and functionalityAssisting Level III support in troubleshootingEnsuring application functionality, database integrity, data loading, quality assurance, and data exportMaintain quality service and departmental standards by adhering to SOPs and supporting enforcement of standardsContribute to team success by resolving issues, exploring process improvements, and collaborating across teamsStay current with software development trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements for clinical trial applicationsWhat We Look ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferredCoursework in software development and major programming languages preferredMicrosoft Certified Solutions Developer or Sun Certified Java Developer desired0–1 years of experience (or fresher) in software development using Java, Visual Basic, C++, Python, and basic SQLExperience working in Agile software delivery teamsUnderstanding of development and QA processesExposure to clinical trials or pharmaceutical environments is a plusStrong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and maintain a positive, professional attitudeAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
