Job Overview Key Responsibilities Process Excellence – Actively learns about translation processes, policies and tools (e.g., Trados Studio) in order to perform their own work efficiently and effectively when coordinating different translation projects. Performs project activities such as file analysis and preparation and sending prepared information to translators. Delivers Quality, Value, and Results – Contacts qualified linguistic resources and applies best practices and processes to translation projects to deliver on time and as per our customers’ quality expectations. Relationship Building – Builds strong relationships with different team members (internally and externally) by demonstrating strong communication skills (e.g., clarifying requirements, providing timely updates).
