Associate Product Marketing Manager

The role involves translating product innovation into market success through effective messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution, while also supporting competitive research and customer insights analysis.ResponsibilitiesOwn the process and execution for our monthly Tier 2 and 3 product innovation features and support Tier 1 launches. This will include developing customer-facing messaging, creating sales enablement materials, and coordinating with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure a successful releaseSupport our understanding of the competitive landscape, with a sharp focus on key players in the market. You will be responsible for gathering intel, updating and maintaining battlecards, and creating competitive assets (e.g., talk tracks, one-pagers) to improve our sales team's win ratesLeverage AI to track customer reaction to our messaging and identify core competitor vulnerabilities, giving our team the data needed to articulate customer pain points and product value effectively. You will also support pulling and analyzing win/loss data to uncover consistent buying triggers and sales objectionsBe the operational backbone of the PMM team.
