Associate Product Manager

They are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the Product Management function by managing key deliverables and coordinating various aspects of the product portfolio.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the creation and execution of product roadmaps, product and packaging briefs, quoting, and go-to-market plansConduct product, market, and competitive research to support new and existing initiativesSupport product development by coordinating samples, specifications, and quoting inputs with sourcing and factories throughout the development processManage and track projects across the product development lifecycle, helping maintain timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignmentCoordinate sales sample requests and support category trade shows and customer meetingsProcess, analyze, and compile financial and performance data (e.g., Power BI) for monthly meetings and business reviewsMonitor online reviews and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities; collaborate with customer support and category teams to drive improvementsArrange shipping of samples and props for photo and video shoots and other marketing needsSkillsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field1–3 years of marketing, or product-related experience; CPG experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelStrong organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelinesStrong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindsetExperience with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platformsExperience working with data, dashboards, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and translating data into insightsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchingAccrued vacationFloating holidaysDesignated company holidaysCompany OverviewBradshaw Home is a consumer goods company offering housewares products and appliances.
