Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager will support the development, commercialization, and optimization of innovative products designed to preserve donor organs and enhance transplantation success. Responsibilities Product Strategy Support: Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for organ preservation technology based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis Market Research: Support market analysis, including customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry trends, to identify new opportunities and guide product development decisions Customer Insights: Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), transplant surgeons, and clinical partners to gather feedback and insights on product performance, usability, and areas for improvement Product Development: Collaborate with R&D, clinical, and regulatory teams to support the product development process, including gathering requirements, defining features, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery Go-to-Market Support: Assist in developing go-to-market activities, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
