As a remote Senior Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for thoroughly investigating claims, assessing liability, determining coverage, negotiating settlements, and authorizing payments. You will conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties, gather and analyze evidence, and maintain accurate and comprehensive claim files. This position demands exceptional communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills. The ability to work independently, manage a caseload effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service is paramount. You will leverage advanced technology and communication tools to connect with policyholders and stakeholders across various platforms. A proven track record of successfully handling a variety of claim types, including property, casualty, or bodily injury, is essential. We are looking for individuals with a deep understanding of insurance principles, claims handling best practices, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Relevant professional designations, such as AIC or CPCU, are a significant advantage.
