Associate Product Manager

Uwill is the leading mental health and wellness solution for colleges, schools, and students. They are seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager to shape the future of their mental health teletherapy platform by collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product strategy and improve user experience. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of product roadmaps for 1–2 assigned product lines Develop clear product requirements and manage product backlog Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to help inform product decisions and measure success Work closely with Engineering and Design to ensure successful product/feature rollouts Partner closely with Customer Support to help investigate, triage, and resolve product issues Identify and help implement AI-driven opportunities that improve both the product experience and internal team efficiency Skills 0-3 years experience in a technical, clinical, or business role where you contributed to the growth of a software or healthcare product Past experience in a fast-paced, startup (or startup-like) environment Understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies Familiarity with user research, data analysis, and testing methodologies Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, computer science, psychology) or equivalent experience Experience in mental health, teletherapy, or digital health products Experience with product, analytics, or project management tools Familiarity with healthcare or mental health industry standards and regulations Knowledge of regulatory and privacy requirements in healthcare (e.g. HIPAA compliance) Strong interest in AI-powered products and internal workflow automation Startup or high-growth environment experience Benefits 100% company-paid medical, vision, and dental coverage for the employee and family 11 paid holidays per year Flexible paid time off 401(k) plan with company match A team-oriented culture, supportive supervisory team, and accessible leadership team Opportunities for advancement within our unique company Company Overview Uwill is an online therapy platform that connects college students to mental health professionals.
