Remote Dental Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Remote Dental Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to dental professionals and clinic staff. Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote administrative support to dental professionals and clinic staff, including scheduling and managing dental appointments, follow-ups, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Prepare, update, and maintain accurate patient dental records and documentation, ensuring compliance with dental regulations and standards.
Handle patient communications via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and support.
Organize digital filing systems for easy access to patient histories, treatment plans, and clinic records, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
Coordinate with insurance providers for dental billing, pre-authorizations, and claims processing, ensuring accurate and efficient reimbursement.
Essential Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support a fast-paced dental environment, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, dentists, and support staff, with ability to build rapport and resolve issues professionally.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dental records, insurance forms, and appointment details, with ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
Proficiency in using dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and general office applications, with ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and workflow is a strong advantage, with ability to apply knowledge to support dental professionals and clinic staff.
