Requirements The ideal candidate will have: • Extensive experience in PHP development, with a strong understanding of modern frameworks and best practices. • Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering scalable solutions. • Deep knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and code optimization. • Experience in mentoring, coaching, or guiding engineering teams. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
