Associate, Partner Activation

The Partner Activation Associate will be responsible for coordinating the operational setup of new partnerships and ensuring seamless execution across various internal teams. Responsibilities Maintain and organize the partnership pipeline to ensure visibility, timely execution, and cross-team alignment Host monthly partnership review calls to review pipeline status, priorities, and upcoming launches with internal stakeholders Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Rev Ops, Investment Ops, Billing, and others—to execute the setup of new partnerships Serve as the internal project manager for partnerships that fall outside the scope of the Project Management team Support sales representatives by handling operational setup and administrative coordination, reducing the need for senior leaders to engage in internal calls Ensure all operational dependencies are completed and tracked for a seamless partner onboarding experience Work across a wide range of partnership types, including: Regional bank and payroll partnerships (e.g., Nicolet), TPAs, Regional broker-dealers, Block plan conversions, MEAPs and other special market deals Skills Highly motivated early-career professional; prior project management or operations experience a plus but not required Bachelor's degree or equivalent; recent graduates encouraged to apply Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions Detail-oriented self-starter with a proactive mindset and problem-solving ability Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Asana a plus Interest in financial services and partnerships preferred, but industry background is not required Benefits Competitive health coverage Generous vacation offering Great 401(k) plan Company Overview Vestwell is the backbone of the modern savings economy; a fintech company powering savings for retirement, education, and healthcare.
