[Remote] Staff Product Manager

As a Staff Product Manager, you will define and drive multi-quarter strategy within critical product domains, leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing product direction to enhance customer value and business impact.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own a multi-quarter product vision and strategy aligned to Brexβs highest company prioritiesIdentify high-leverage opportunities that create durable competitive advantage, not just incremental improvementsLead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams, systems, and stakeholder groupsDevelop deep domain expertise in your area (e.g., financial infrastructure, risk systems, growth systems, payables ecosystem, etc.) and use it to inform product directionPartner closely with Engineering to design scalable technical systems, engaging meaningfully in architectural discussions and tradeoffsSet clear success metrics tied to company-level outcomes and hold teams accountable to measurable impactDrive structured decision-making in ambiguous environments, balancing speed with rigorInfluence senior leaders and executives through clear thinking, strong written narratives, and data-backed recommendationsImprove product craft and operating standards across the organization, mentoring PMs and elevating how we buildSkills7β10+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives in high-growth B2B or fintech environmentsProven ability to define product strategy that translates into measurable business outcomesStrong fluency in technical systems and architecture. You are comfortable discussing APIs, data models, experimentation frameworks, and system tradeoffs with engineersHighly data-driven. Strong experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using SQL (or similar tools) to guide decisionsExceptional written and verbal communication skills.
