Requirements
ā¢ NY or NJ bar admission
ā¢ 4+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
ā¢ Strong writing, deposition, and motion practice skills
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead defense of negligence, tort, and liability claims from policy review through verdict
ā¢ Draft and argue dispositive motions in state and federal courts
ā¢ Conduct high-stakes depositions of witnesses, experts, and plaintiffs
ā¢ Drive settlements through mediations and arbitrations for optimal outcomes
ā¢ First- or second-chair bench and jury trials in high-exposure liability matters
