Associate Integrated Producer

Conscious Minds Studios is an independent creative agency focused on building human connections between brands and audiences. They are seeking an Associate Integrated Producer to support day-to-day production and project management needs across various creative initiatives, ensuring projects are organized and aligned with goals and deadlines. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day client communication under the guidance of senior team members Help prepare agendas, recap notes, and documentation for client meetings to ensure alignment on goals and next steps Support internal project schedules by helping track deadlines, milestones, and task assignments Monitor project progress and flag potential risks or delays to senior producers Help set up and coordinate internal meetings, reviews, and check-ins Collaborate with production, post-production, and creator marketing teams to support smooth workflow execution Maintain project organization across tools like G-Drive, Asana, and Slack Assist in creating delivery trackers, asset lists, and other project documentation Support budget and resource tracking, including freelancer coordination and vendor organization Help ensure clear communication across departments by keeping documentation accurate and up to date Skills 1–2 years of experience in a production, creative, or project coordination role Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to support multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities Collaborative, proactive attitude with interest in learning production and integrated workflows Comfortable working in a remote-first environment Enjoys supporting creative teams and helping bring ideas to life Familiarity with production, post-production, or creator workflows is helpful but not required Agency or studio experience a plus Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Unlimited Paid Time Off (in addition to Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Work From Home/Hybrid Days Company Overview Conscious Minds Studios provides content strategy, emerging platforms, and art direction services.
