Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients while representing the Stryker brand.
Install and maintain medical equipment at various healthcare facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Collaborate with experienced technicians to gain knowledge and skills in the field.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on-site.
Keep accurate records of service calls, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
Continuously stay updated on new product releases and changes in the healthcare industry.

Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
