Role Description

This is a part-time, fully remote position for an Associate-Level EMDR Clinician licensed in California. You will provide EMDR therapy to individuals dealing with trauma and related mental health concerns, conduct thorough assessments, collaborate on treatment plans, and maintain timely and compliant documentation. Supervision is provided, and you'll be part of a supportive, professional team dedicated to clinical excellence and client-centered care.

We are seeking a clinician who is warm, empathic, and relational—someone who values the depth of connection with clients and believes in the transformative power of the therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications
• Active registration in California as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC
• Formal training in EMDR therapy
• Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation habits aligned with legal and ethical standards
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Commitment to personal and professional growth through ongoing supervision and training
