Associate, Digital Data Analyst
AIPAC is seeking a Digital Data Analyst to measure and analyze multiple data streams to engage a national base of pro-Israel advocates. The role involves developing reports and dashboards, collaborating with tech teams, and translating data insights for stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop new complex reports and dashboards using various BI tools currently available at AIPACIdentify, recommend, and develop reports and data fields that would advance AIPAC’s digital objectivesAbility to understand internal business rules and document requirements. Ability to inform staff on using developed reportsIdentify and adopt AI-powered tools to assist with data cleaning, exploration, and basic analysisTranslate AI-assisted analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersDevelopment/maintenance of upload processes from Excel files to the existing databaseCollaborate with others to provide operational analysis to the businessCreating one-off reports with any of the dozens of variables saved in the AIPAC data lakeWorking directly with AIPAC’s internal tech teams as well as outside vendorsDeveloping a weekly report with stats to be shared with key stakeholdersSkills1-3 years of experience as a data analystExperience using data mining tools like Business Objects or SAS and SalesforceProficient in multiple reporting tools Microsoft Excel and SQLProven track record in delivering analytical reporting/solutions which have impacted institutionsExcellent communication, written and collaboration skillsKnowledge of Python is a plusBenefitsCompetitive and comprehensive benefits packageCompany OverviewAIPAC is an American lobby for the independence of the Israeli state.
