Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Product Manager to join our team at Amazon, where you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling new asset/driver types globally. As a strategic leader, you will define product features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop and execute scaling strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Launch new asset/driver types from pilot phase to global scaling
Define product features and work with cross-functional teams to bring programs to life
Develop and execute scaling strategies and manage product roadmaps
Make key strategic decisions and secure buy-in from senior leadership

Ideal Candidate:
You are a seasoned product management professional with 6+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience. You possess a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and collaborative leadership skills. Your extensive background in product management, demonstrated leadership of high-impact strategic initiatives, and experience in managing and launching products make you an ideal fit for this role.
Requirements:

6+ years of experience in product management or ownership
Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership and delivering results in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS)
Technical skillsets in analyzing data to make product decisions
Ability to synthesize customer pain points, craft product vision and roadmaps, and develop requirements

What We Offer:
A competitive salary ranging from $110,700/year to $206,000/year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation.
