They are seeking an Associate Designer, Digital + Paid Media to focus on digital advertising and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the execution of creative concepts across multiple channels.ResponsibilitiesExecute creative projects for the digital channel which includes social media and web bannersCollaborate with design leads and external teams to ensure new campaigns are produced at standards that uphold/elevate the company’s brand identityBuild cross-functional relationships and interact daily with multiple internal teams on creative initiativesApproach design projects from a user-centered perspective and manage projects while working within schedule requirements and quick turn-aroundsAssist in edits and production to ensure high quality creative from the start of a project to finishContribute to the development of best practices and procedures, techniques and tools to optimize efficiencySkillsStrong visual design skills with an ability to execute under the direction of other designersExperience working with 3rd parties when executing web banners (Google, Spark, etc.)Strong organizational, time management and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and meet all necessary deadlinesAbility to work in a highly collaborative cross-functional team environment and partner with business stakeholders and other designersDemonstrate flexibility and adaptivenessAbility to problem-solve creativelyMust provide a link to portfolio (including password) on resume or provide PDF samples of social and/or digital campaignsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field1+ years experience as a visual or production designer; familiarity with Retail industry a plusProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After EffectsKnowledge with animation/motion and HTML a plusBenefitsBonusesSales incentivesLong term incentivesCompany OverviewAt Crate & Barrel, we help people build a home with purpose.
