[Remote] Administrative Healthcare Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pacer Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume healthcare hiring environment in a fully remote contract role. The recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination, while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and management rolesSource active and passive candidates using multiple channelsConduct pre-screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring managersCoordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communicationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholdersDevelop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsEnsure compliance with company policies and recruitment regulationsProvide weekly updates and recruiting strategy insights to business partnersSkills5+ years recruiting experience across diverse roles2+ years high-volume healthcare recruiting (40β60 reqs/month)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)Excellent stakeholder management & client-facing communication skillsDialysis recruiting experience (highly preferred)Experience with Phenom or similar ATS/toolsStrong sourcing across job boards, social media, referrals, and networkingExperience supporting corporate/clinical recruitment teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment technologiesBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401(k)Company OverviewPacer Group is workforce Solutions company with operations in 14 countries and providing workforce to over 150 of the fortune 500 companies.
