Associate Data & Reporting Analyst

The Associate Data & Reporting Analyst will enhance and maintain ongoing operational tasks, design and deliver data and reporting solutions, and communicate findings to colleagues and management to drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities Execute regularly scheduled operational and BAU tasks and processes Develop and/or update data and reporting process documentation Monitor, document and respond to ad-hoc and support requests and ensure the issue and resolution are accurate, complete and to the client’s satisfaction Conduct thorough testing and reconciliation practices on data and metrics Support in the development of new data and reporting workflows with guidance from senior peers Able to work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Data, Dashboard, and reporting needs Skills Experience with descriptive analytics tools and languages (PowerBI, Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, R, etc) Post-secondary education Strong communication skills Strong time management skills Strong problem solving skills Attention to detail skills General P&C knowledge, specifically for home/property insurance General knowledge of business operations tools (SalesForce, PolicyCentre, ClaimCentre, BillingCentre) Benefits Training and development opportunities to grow your career.
