**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success/Onboarding Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Engaging new customers via phone, email, and text to guide them through onboarding and account activation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
* Educating customers on product benefits, including cost-saving features and ways to maximize value, to help them achieve their business goals.
* Assisting with account setup, resolving common setup issues such as PIN entry and initial login, and providing consultative support to ensure customers understand how our product meets their business needs.
* Monitoring customer progress and sending reminders to encourage first-time use, ensuring timely adoption and utilization of our solutions.
* Collaborating with internal teams to escalate issues and improve onboarding processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
* Maintaining a positive and proactive approach in all customer interactions, providing exceptional service and support to build strong relationships and drive customer loyalty.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Experience working closely with customers in account management, customer success, onboarding, or similar capacity, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* A strong understanding of the LATAM market and culture, with the ability to adapt to local customs and preferences.
* A stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup, with the ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.
