**Responsibilities**

As an Associate Customer Service Representative Bilingual Spanish, you'll be responsible for:

* Supporting customers with inquiries or issues regarding financial products and services through various channels such as phone, text, chat, and video chat.
* Performing routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience.
* Receiving direction from supervisors and escalating questions and issues to more senior employees as needed.
* Interacting with team members and internal or external customers to provide information and support.
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business goals and objectives.
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
* Bilingual reading, speaking, and listening proficiency in Spanish/English.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and professionalism.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet or exceed business goals.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
* Knowledge and experience with internet, mobile, and social media technology.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial:

* Ability to provide strong customer service while listening and resolving customer issues efficiently.
* Experience in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment.
* Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication.
