Associate Counsel - In-House Legal Advisor for Vehicle Warranty Claims
Description
The Associate Counsel will provide essential in-house legal advice and services focusing on vehicle warranty (lemon law) claims. This role involves advising and collaborating with the consumer affairs team to enhance the ownership experience for customers. Additionally, you will assist senior attorneys in handling product liability matters and support related regulatory and legislative initiatives as necessary. Collaboration with an experienced group of in-house lawyers and paralegals, as well as coordination with the company’s outside legal counsel and parent company, is also a key aspect of this role.
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive salary ranging from (146,776.00 to )205,403.00
