Associate Contract Management Specialist

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Contract Management Specialist to join the V-22 Program in Ridley Park, PA. The successful candidate will engage with the United States Navy and collaborate with teammates supporting the MH-139 program for the USAF, focusing on contracting for aerospace products and services. Responsibilities Exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, and technologies Supports presentation of business solutions to help preserve and grow the business Represents the company and supports external negotiations with customers Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements on behalf of The Boeing Company Coordinates and partners with other internal functional disciplines across the business Leads development of pricing instructions, funding/expenditure profile, and ensures compliance with company and United States Government (USG) requirements Summarizes contractual issues, supports development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation efforts Skills Bachelor's Degree or higher 1+ years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations 1+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and able to multi-task and manage expectations Experience adapting to changes in schedules and priorities, solving problems, and generating alternative solutions Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across functions Benefits Health insurance Flexible spending accounts Health savings accounts Retirement savings plans Life and disability insurance programs Programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work Company Overview Boeing is a leading global aerospace company that designs, builds and supports commercial airplanes, defense products and space systems for customers in more than 150 countries.
