Develop and implement effective communication strategies in line with Pfizer's goals and objectives.
Create engaging and impactful communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, presentations, and social media content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and healthcare professionals.
Monitor and analyze communication efforts to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform communications strategies and messaging.
Assist in crisis communication management and serve as a spokesperson for the company when necessary.
Support internal communication initiatives, such as employee newsletters, town halls, and intranet content.
Manage communication projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Represent Pfizer at industry events and conferences, both in-person and virtually.
Provide support to senior communications team members as needed.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support communications initiatives.
Adhere to company and industry standards for ethical and compliant communication practices.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline communication processes and procedures.
