Associate, Clinical Operations

Overview Priovant is committed to developing therapies that address high unmet need in autoimmune disease. The Associate, Clinical Operations & Program Management will help advance this mission by driving operational execution on Priovant’s late-stage clinical trials, ensuring that the most important projects at the company are accomplished successfully. Responsibilities • Support the timely execution of Priovant’s clinical development goals by managing project plans, key deliverables, project tasks, and workstreams. • Organize and support development team meetings to enable timely decision making, understanding of program progress, and tracking of emerging issues; distribute agendas and resolve follow-up action items. • Develop and maintain weekly project reporting dashboards and other materials tracking program progress. • Collaborate with Clinical, Nonclinical, Regulatory, and CMC function teams to support action item identification and completion. • Help manage alliances with external partners. • Manage vendor relationships and track study vendor deliverables, including milestone completion and quality. • Support the monitoring of key study metrics around site start up, enrollment, and data quality. • Drive project management for other key workstreams (e.g., managing patient placebo response). Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a scientific or technical discipline) • 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in the healthcare/technology/consulting industries. • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, outsourced partners, and contractors, preferably within a small organization. • Strong organization and project management skill set. Ability to manage multiple tasks, complex project plans, and competing priorities. • Collaborative, with the ability to work well in small teams. • Ability to learn quickly and respond well to feedback. • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and project management software such as Monday.comApply Now
