Associate, Capital Markets

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is redefining how data centers are delivered, and they are seeking an Associate to join their Capital Markets team. In this role, you will create and maintain financial models and analyze assets while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to raise capital for projects.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain project-level financial models for data-center assets at all stages of development, construction, and operationsRun scenario analysis and summarize results in reports to managementSupport the execution of debt financing, tax equity, and structured equity transactions, including maintaining data rooms, managing due diligence processes, and coordinating with external partiesSupport review of financing documents, including credit agreements, term sheets, tax equity documents, and hedging arrangementsPrepare financial information for company reporting packages and in support of investment decisionsAssist in evaluating portfolio-level financing strategies, including warehouse facilities, holdco debt, revolvers, and corporate capital raisesWork closely and collaboratively across the organization to efficiently and effectively prepare for and execute on financing transactionsSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field1–3 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure investing, renewable energy, investment banking, private equity, or advisoryStrong financial modeling skills in ExcelHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with data center, real estate, or renewable energy development projectsFamiliarity with project finance debt, securitized debt, tax equity, or structured equity investmentsExperience reviewing financing documentation or supporting transaction closingsBenefitsHybrid working environmentTeam building and educational opportunitiesGenerous benefits package including robust health benefits and a 401(k) company contributionUnlimited PTOCompetitive compensation and bonus planCompany OverviewRowan Digital Infrastructure designs to deliver low-cost net zero solutions to green data centers It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
