Associate Business Systems Analyst

The Associate Business Systems Analyst is responsible for assisting in the analysis and documentation of business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and supporting project execution and monitoring.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear and concise documentationProvide support to other systems analysts in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects with significant size or impactDocument existing business processes, workflows, and procedures to gain foundational knowledge of the business and help identify areas of improvementAssist in gathering and analyzing data to identify insights relevant to business needsFacilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and scrum teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project or enhancement goalsMaintain project documentation, including but not limited to user stories, functional requirements, meeting minutes, and solutions for defectsWork closely with QA teams to ensure systems are built and configured to requirements and design specifications; participate in the development of the test plan and test casesAssist in identifying and resolving business issues or solution defects by proposing innovative solutions and alternativesTake direction from senior-level staff, including project managers, technical teams, and other analystsMay lead in responsibility for analysis work streams for smaller projectsPerform other duties as assignedComply with all policies and standardsSkillsBachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience0-1 years experience as a systems analyst or related roleProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) requiredExcellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of managementMust be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational and prioritization skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills; emphasis on exceptional listening skillsAttention to detail and accuracySelf-directed and motivatedA curious mind, strong critical thinking skills, and a continuous drive to expand and learn for the futureA bias for action with the ability to adapt quickly with a positive attitude toward changeEffective time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesCommitment to customer serviceRelevant certifications, such as ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis), are advantageous but not requiredBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits401k plan and matches $1 for $1 up to 4% of earnings, matched & vested at every pay cycleLife insuranceShort/long-term disability coveragePaid maternity/paternity leavePet insuranceCompany OverviewSanMar is a promotional apparel and wholesale supplier provides superior services and products.
