Associate Brand Manager

They are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness and growth across their storage solutions portfolio. Responsibilities Executing strategies for consumer product storage solutions that align with brand goals, consumer needs, and market trends Support the integration of brand architecture, positioning, and identity across product portfolios Champion the voice of the customer to ensure brand consistency across touch points Partner with research teams to gather and analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations that inform product positioning and campaign planning Draft and present internal documents and decks that articulate key findings, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders Craft unique product value propositions and strong positioning statements to inform global product marketing strategies Work with Product Managers and Senior Brand Manager to help translate product features into clear and compelling consumer benefits Develop messaging frameworks, creative briefs, and content development activities across digital, retail, and experiential channels Design and build visually compelling assets for internal audiences that serve to cultivate enthusiasm and garner support amongst stakeholders Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, training decks, and competitive battlecards Help track product and portfolio performance, consumer sentiment, and ROI metrics, providing reports and recommendations Coordinate with Creative, PR, Digital, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to support brand initiatives Ensure timelines and deliverables are met through clear communication and organized execution Leverage compassion and empathy to build strong relationships with partners that translate into productivity, accountability, and timely delivery of joint projects Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 1 – 5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or related roles (internships or entry-level experience acceptable) Strong foundational skills in market analysis, storytelling, and project management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in consumer products, electronics, and/or technology Exposure to global or cross-functional team environments Passion for consumer behavior, technology, and innovation that empowers people Benefits Paid vacation time Paid sick leave Medical/dental/vision insurance Life, accident and disability insurance Tax-advantaged flexible spending and health savings accounts Employee assistance program Other voluntary benefit programs such as supplemental life and AD&D, legal plan, pet insurance, critical illness, accident and hospital indemnity Tuition reimbursement Transit The Applause Program Employee stock purchase plan Sandisk's Savings 401(k) Plan Company Overview SanDisk designs, develops, manufactures, and markets data storage solutions in the United States and internationally.
