Associate Banker- Bilingual (Mandarin)
About the position
The position involves providing exceptional customer service in a banking environment, assisting customers with various financial transactions including cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan and credit card payments, wire transfers, and foreign currency exchange. The role requires the documentation of large deposits over Currency Transaction Reports and the identification of fraudulent activities to prevent potential losses to the bank. Responsibilities

Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

1 year of recent customer service and cash handling experience.

1 year of previous teller/new account experience in a banking institution preferred.

Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
