This is a unique opportunity in which you will be given complete autonomy over your cases and be given decision making capabilities over cases. This would appeal to someone who is ready and feels comfortable managing their own caseload without being micro-managed. The ideal candidate is someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to grow with a solo practitioner and given the ability to earn commissions and lucrative bonuses, in addition to the base salary.
