Recruiting Intake & Sourcing Coordinator

Urgent Team is looking for a Recruiting Intake & Sourcing Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team. This role manages new job requisitions, ensures posting accuracy, and proactively sources qualified candidates to help fill clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple divisions.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for new position requests and hiring manager intakesReview, validate, and post approved requisitions to the career site and job boardsEnsure accuracy in job titles, pay ranges, and classificationsMaintain a branded job posting library for consistent company representationTrack requisition progress and hiring metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Conduct Boolean searches and resume mining across multiple sourcing platformsBuild and maintain proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume positionsSend outreach messages and prequalify sourced candidates based on requirements, location, and pay alignmentRecommend creative sourcing strategies tailored to each market and role typeMaintain sourcing spreadsheets and “warm bench” candidate lists for recurring positionsCoordinate with recruiters to prioritize requisitions and sourcing needsSchedule intake calls, screenings, or interviews as neededGenerate weekly reports on open requisitions, sources, and metricsMaintain accurate candidate data and documentation in the ATSMonitor aging requisitions and assist with timely candidate dispositioningProvide back-up coverage and support audit/reporting needsSkillsMinimum 1 year of healthcare sourcing experienceExperience using Boolean search strings and sourcing platformsProficiency with ATS (UKG preferred), Indeed, and LinkedIn RecruiterStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Adobe)Must live within 45 miles of Green Hills/NashvilleMust be available for in-person training and occasional onsite meetingsCandidates must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractionsA quiet, secure setting is required to maintain privacy and comply with all relevant privacy regulationsCandidates should have a reliable internet connection and be able to manage their time effectively to meet team goalsCertified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision OptionsRetirement savings plansPaid Time OffAnd MORE!Company OverviewThe Urgent Team Family of Urgent Care & Walk-in Centers understands that when the need for care is urgent to you, the solution must be compassionate, comprehensive, and convenient – and have economic value.
