Associate Attorney

Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience to join its Boulder, Colorado office. The role involves managing multiple cases, preparing legal documents, and participating in mediations and hearings, while ensuring compliance with client guidelines and firm policies. Responsibilities Efficient management of multiple cases Timely preparation of pleadings, motions and discovery to opposing parties Participate in mediations, hearings and depositions as required Client interaction and problem resolution as it relates to cases Integration of best practices and standards in handling clients and their cases Evaluation of findings and development of strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases Ontime completion of reports/projects, in adherence to partner and client needs/guidelines Accurate and timely recording of billable hours, in adherence to client guidelines and Firm policy Skills 1-5 years of litigation experience JD from an accredited law school Must be admitted to practice in Colorado Exceptional writing and analytical skills Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures Securities experience Experience drafting summary judgment motions and other dispositive motions Mediation and trial preparation experience Benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Medical Dental Vision Disability Life insurance Company Overview Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP is a New York-based law firm.
