[Remote] Technical Program Manager – Engineering Operations & Execution

CIeNET Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support engineering leadership in executing large-scale technical programs and cross-functional initiatives. The role involves partnering with engineering leaders to manage execution timelines, track program health, and improve operational efficiency across complex software and hardware environments.ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with Engineering leaders to drive execution of critical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and TPM organizations.Coordinate and track action items, deliverables, and milestones from leadership meetings to ensure accountability and timely executionSupport teams in collecting, validating, and consolidating program metrics, status updates, and progress reports for senior leadership reviewsCreate and maintain program timelines, execution trackers, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to communicate progress, risks, and dependenciesFacilitate collaboration across hardware, software, infrastructure, and operations teams to align on priorities, deliverables, and schedulesDrive execution in complex and ambiguous environments by bringing structure, prioritization, and operational rigor to cross-functional programsMonitor program health, identify execution risks, and proactively drive mitigation plans to ensure successful deliveryWork closely with engineering leadership to operationalize strategic initiatives and improve execution processes across organizationsTranslate complex technical updates into concise executive summaries and actionable insights for leadership stakeholdersSupport program governance, planning, and operational reviews across large-scale infrastructure and engineering initiativesImprove cross-team communication, process efficiency, and organizational alignment through effective stakeholder managementTrack dependencies and ensure coordination across multiple concurrent technical work streamsSkills10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related leadership rolesFamiliarity with Data Center Hardware (DC HW), compute, networking, storage infrastructure, and large-scale systems operationsStrong understanding of software development processes, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and release management practicesExperience supporting large-scale software and hardware engineering programsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skillsStrong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneouslyExperience creating executive-level status reports, program dashboards, and operational tracking systemsProven ability to drive execution and alignment in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsStrong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and operational excellenceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field requiredExperience supporting large-scale AI infrastructure deployments in a technical capacity, including but not limited to: networking, deployment sequencing, operational validation, operational readiness assessments, GPU cluster deployment, GPU-based instance custom silicon platform management, etcPrior experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or large-scale cloud technology organizationsExperience partnering directly with engineering executives and senior leadership teamsFamiliarity with infrastructure operations, data center environments, and hyperscale systemsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear business and operational insightsExperience driving strategic operational programs across distributed engineering organizationsAdvanced degree or relevant program management certifications are a plusBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) MatchingPaid Time Off and HolidaysCareer Growth OpportunitiesCollaborative and Innovative Work EnvironmentCompany OverviewCIeNET Technologies is a leading technology service provider in the areas of technical consulting, software engineering and solution services.
