Associate Attorney
Earley Law Group is a fast-growing, client-focused personal injury law firm based in Massachusetts, seeking a remote Associate Attorney. The role involves managing cases from pre-litigation through trial, maintaining proactive communication with clients, and supervising support staff while providing legal advice on personal injury claims. Responsibilities Manage and strategize on cases from beginning to end (pre-litigation through trial) Attend court hearings & conduct and defend depositions and discovery Be proactive with client communication, particularly regarding their injuries/medical treatment, and updating information in case management software Communicate with medical providers to stay current on client injuries/treatment in addition to defense firms and insurance companies Evaluate potential PI claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients Attending mediations, arbitrations, trials, hearings, depositions Supervise and delegate tasks to a support staff team Skills A JD degree from an accredited law school and barred in Massachusetts 1+ year of legal experience You went to law school to be in the court room - you like to win!
