Associate Account Executive
Dunn&Co. is seeking an Associate Account Executive who is results-driven and has a strong work ethic. The role involves providing administrative and project support to the Account Services team, managing marketing and advertising projects, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesWillingness to learn our client’s business on a deep level, including all of their products/services, organizational structure, marketing plan, company culture, competitors, and categoryAll project management responsibilities: writing up of job specifications, creating schedules, production follow-through, generating invoices, and working with the traffic manager to manage/assign resourcesForesees future needs for the project and always arranges appropriate resources ahead of timeMaintains collaborative working relationships and uses experience, resources, and other departments to find successful solutionsProactively anticipates and solves problemsAttend/participate and lead client conference calls and meetings as neededPreparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, and other internal/external client communication and correspondenceSupporting the VP, Client Services with new business as neededMinutes/note-taking for all conference calls/meetingsSecuring and reviewing vendor quotesEnsure deliverables are provided on time and to the required specificationsSchedule Client meetings as well as internal team check-insMastery of all Dunn process & procedures both internal and external with little to no oversight within the first yearOwnership of key projects from planning to completion that are important to Dunn&Co. and our ClientsIndependent management from beginning to end of smaller projects as identified by the Account SupervisorsCompetitive Market Analysis and strategic thinkingProactive thinking of what needs to be done next without being asked; anticipating the needs of the account and providing added-valueSkills1+ year of advertising agency experience preferred or equivalent experience in a relevant marketing, communications, or client-facing environmentBachelor's degree in advertising or marketing preferredHighly detail-oriented and organizedSelf-starter with the ability to deliver results without constant supervisionWorks independently and can manage competing prioritiesMaintains composure under stressAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentHas an optimistic attitude, is a team player, and is excited to be in the ad businessIntermediate computer skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoys interacting with clientsFamiliar with Google Suite, Mac, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, meeting software (Zoom, WebEx, etc.), Workamajig, social media platforms, proofreading skillsBenefitsA hybrid office/remote culture – we work Mondays and Fridays from home and Tuesday through Thursday in the office.Paid time off between Christmas and New Year’s Day.13 other annual holidays.Work away time – the freedom to work from anywhere in the world for two weeks per year.Company OverviewDunn&Co. is an advertising agency that offers creative, design, media, production, and analytics services.
