Requirements
• 1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
• 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• 4. Proficiency with computer systems and online booking platforms.
• 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• 6. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• 7. Knowledge of geography, airlines, hotels, and travel destinations preferred.
• 8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in travel and tourism is preferred but not required.
