The role involves coordinating marketing activities, creating content, managing social media, and utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOwn the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, webinars, and partner channelsManage the end-to-end marketing content calendar, ensuring all campaigns, content, and deliverables are planned, produced, and executed on timeCoordinate all moving parts of campaign execution including messaging, creative, timelines, and distributionCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with product launches, sales initiatives, and partner activityTrack campaign progress and ensure execution deadlines are met across all channelsCreate, publish, and manage content across all social media channelsDevelop social media posts, email content, blogs, and campaign assetsOwn daily/weekly social media scheduling, publishing, and engagementRepurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, case studies, events) into short-form content including clips, posts, and visualsEnsure consistent brand voice and messaging across all contentBuild and launch paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and MetaExecute campaign setup including audiences, targeting, creative uploads, and trackingMonitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendationsReport on paid media results and key performance metricsCoordinate co-marketing activities with reseller, referral, and technology partnersSupport execution of partner campaigns, webinars, and joint marketing initiativesAssist in creation and distribution of partner marketing materialsMaintain organization and consistency of partner campaign assetsMaintain marketing workflows, tools, and systems to ensure smooth campaign executionSupport HubSpot CRM hygiene, campaign tracking, and marketing automation executionOrganize marketing assets, templates, and campaign documentationEnsure alignment between marketing execution and reporting systemsUse AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, campaign development, and execution workflowsApply AI to:Content creation and copywritingSocial media productionVideo editing and repurposingCampaign ideation and optimizationSEO and AEO / GEO content optimizationContinuously explore and implement new AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and outputSkills2–4 years of marketing experience in a B2B or SaaS environmentExperience executing social media for a business or brandExperience building and launching digital marketing campaignsExperience with paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads)Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation toolsExperience with video editing, podcast editing, or content production toolsStrong organizational and project execution skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently in a remote environmentExperience with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Skywork, or similar platformsExperience with SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) conceptsExperience supporting partner or channel marketing programsExperience in SaaS, education, public safety, or technology industriesBasic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)BenefitsMedical and other benefitsCompany OverviewCrisisGo is connecting people and organizations through safety networks to ensure everyone has what they need to be safer.
